1. Introduction

These general conditions apply to all orders placed on Trustii’s website and expressly regulate the relationships between Pedro Gabriel Rodrigues Go, with email hola@trustii.es and  NIF Y8271393D (hereinafter, "Trustii") and third parties , people over 18 years of age, who register as customers and / or buy through the online market https://www.trustii.es (hereinafter the “Marketplace”). By submitting an order to us, you accept the Conditions set out below. These Conditions do not interfere with your rights by law. The terms "company", "us", "our" or "we" shall refer to Trustii. The terms "customer", "you", "user" and "buyer" will refer to the person or entity that places the order.

2. Contract

Once we receive the order, we will proceed to send an email confirming and detailing the "Order confirmation". The Order Confirmation does not represent an acceptance of the Contract, it is intended to confirm receipt of the order. Once we receive the payment for the merchandise, it will become a Sales Contract and we will proceed to send the requested products.


In the purchase process, the customer accepts the Conditions of sales established on this page.


In case of not including any of the products of the order in the shipping notification email, the contract of sale of that product will not be formalized.


To proceed with the shipment of the merchandise, Trustii depends on the availability of the products in the corresponding period. In the event that the items are not available, we reserve the right to finish the contract. In case of not being able to send the products of your order, we will contact you immediately. In case of having received the payment, we will proceed to reimburse the corresponding amount. We do not accept liability for damages due to delayed shipments, unless negligence on our part is proven.


In case of non-availability of the products within the established time period, we reserve the right to offer an alternative shipment with the same initial conditions. If so, we will notify you and offer the possibility of accepting this alternative option.


In the event that an item is no longer available or has changed in price, we will notify you immediately.

3. Shipping and Returns

3.1 Shipping cost

Currently, we only ship in Spain, our rates for the Peninsula are € 4.95 (shipments from 0 to 5Kg) and € 10.95 (shipments of 5-20Kg). In the Balearic Islands they are € 7.95 (shipments from 0 to 5Kg) and € 19.95 (shipments from 5 to 20Kg). For now we do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

3.2 Delivery Time

We deliver within 2 to 5 business days, however, in high season or special dates there is a lot of logistics traffic, so the delivery time may increase from 3 to 2 business days.

3.3 Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and then an email indicating the shipment of the package, and if the logistics operator allows it with the tracking number of the shipment.


In the city of Barcelona, ​​we will contact you to schedule the day and time of delivery.

If you want to change your delivery address, send an email to hola@trustii.es maximum 12 hours after placing the order.

3.4 Have you not received your order?

The main reasons why a product may not arrive are: Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery Attempts.


Our logistics operator will make up to three (3) delivery attempts and will keep the order for 15 business days at its offices. If they cannot locate you, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

3.5 Undelivered Orders

If an order has not been delivered for reasons beyond Trustii's control and it has been waiting 15 business days at the offices of our logistics operator, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. Once we receive the order, we will reimburse the value of the purchase minus the costs related to the shipping and return. The refund may take up to 14 business days to be processed.

3.6 Defective product due to shipping:

At Trustii we take every precaution to ensure that orders arrive correctly at their destination. However, the contents of the packages may be damaged in transit. In case this happens or that the products have any imperfect, follow the following indications:


  • Please report the damage to the courier upon receipt of your order.

  • Send us an email explaining its status or complete the form that we have made available to you, maximum 24 hours after receiving it.

  • We will contact you as soon as possible and we will take care of the return costs as appropriate for each case.

3.7 Returns by own decision

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to process the return. In this case, you will be responsible for the return costs.


To return the product, it must be in the same condition that it was received. That is, unopened and continued with its original packaging and box. In case of returning the product without its original packaging, the product may be depreciated.


For health and hygiene reasons, changes or returns of personal hygiene products are not accepted.

4. Price

All our prices are EUR (Euro).


The shipping costs must be added to these prices. The Shipping costs are shown on our website and can be consulted at the time of ordering. The prices indicated at the time of order are correct, except for errors and omissions.

5. Payments

The payment of the orders and the shipping costs can be made by the different methods available on our website. If the items ordered are not available and payment has been made, the payment will be reimbursed to the original method of payment.

5.1 Payment Methods

a. Credit or Debit Cards

We accept payments made with Visa, Mastercard and American Express through the Stripe platform.


Payment will be made, without changing the page, once you click on "Make purchase" directly accessing the order summary page.


All the data on the web is sent using a secure SSL protocol so that neither Trustii nor other third parties except the payment platform can access it. If you save the card data for future payments, it is the payment platform that stores and has access to this data.

b. Paypal

You can make payments through a Paypal account without introducing the card details.

In this case, a Paypal interface will open and  you can login and confirm the payment, then it will redirect you to the order summary page.

c. Bank Transfer

Once the order is confirmed, we will send you an email with our bank details.


We will prepare the shipment of your order as soon as we confirm receipt of the amount in our bank account, it may take 1 or 2 working days. If the order is confirmed but the payment has not been received within a maximum period of 10 days, it will be canceled.

6. Security

We use the software security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer). With this system, your data, name, address and card number are encrypted and transmitted securely over the Internet. During the transfer, no third party will be able to read your data. We do not store bank cards.

7. Final Clauses

The user may write to hola@trustii.es to resolve any problem they have with the website or with the service provided. For the resolution of any litigious question derived from this Contract, the Parties, renouncing to their own jurisdiction if they have it, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona City and their immediate superiors.
